The Non-Veg Puff is our elevated take on the Indian bakery legend. Buttery puff pastry, crackled and golden, wraps a mildly spiced chicken keema filling with onions, ginger and fresh coriander. We use tender chicken mince, slow-cooked until the spices bloom and the mixture is deeply flavoured but never oily. The pastry itself is laminated from scratch with imported butter for a crumb that shatters at first bite. Perfect for tea-time cravings, tiffin boxes and quick office lunches. Best served warm — heat briefly and enjoy with a cutting chai. Baked fresh every morning in small batches.
