Our Pound Cake is a tribute to the timeless tea-time classic. Rich, buttery and dense in the best possible way, it's baked from a traditional four-quarters recipe: equal parts flour, butter, sugar and eggs, whipped by hand for maximum aeration. We use real Amul cultured butter and vanilla bean seeds for a flavour that is deeply nostalgic. Each loaf has a beautifully cracked golden crust and a tight, tender crumb that keeps for days.
